Technical Engineer
Job description
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Elevator Industry in installation, maintenance and team handling.
- Review blueprints or specifications to determine work equipment.
- Test newly installed equipment to ensure that it meets specifications.
- Locate malfunctions in motors, switches and control systems.
- Expert in electrical wiring and should possess good knowledge on electronics.
- Handling a team of maintenance staff for installation, service and troubleshoot elevators.
- To assemble, install, repair and maintain elevators.
- Responsible for making sure that safety audits are carried out.
- Plan and distribute the work among the team and supervise execution of work.
- To prepare detailed report for equipment delivery, installation and handover completion.
- Constantly review and monitor the efficiency of the team.
- Look after queries from customers and speedy execution.
- Responsible for tracking the status of the project.
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring project process, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
- Review delivery schedule, technical, quality and safety aspects are met.
- Prepare technical documents, inspection and schedule for work completion.
Required Candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English is must.
- Should be a quick learner and a team player.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and polite.
- Ready to relocate and travel pan India
- Should at least have diploma
