Customer Relationship Manager-Australia
Job description
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
- Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Schedule periodic maintenance for the client
- Register complaints and contact customer to understand the complaint
- Take steps to resolve the complaints
- Audit and update complaint sheets
- Prepare and update weekly and monthly goals
- Inform customer on transport details and heads up on any payments
- Inform client on organizing for Unloading of material, scaffolding and any civil works
- Arrange Pre-installation check with our technician to ensure the site is ready for installation

Key Skills Required
- Candidates with 100% Australian accent should only apply
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international voice process (preferably Australian process)
- Candidate should work on Australian Timings (3AM – 1PM)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good relationship management and networking skills
- Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and execute the same
- Who enjoys working in a highly charged environment
- Well versed in MS Office- Excel/Word/Power Point
