Job description
- Responsible for bringing in quality to sales Process
- Monitoring the daily reports & call recordings
- Analyzing the reports and introducing corrective measures
- Bridging the gap between Sales and Post Sales team
- Implementing Total Quality Management in the process
- Bringing up ideas and suggestions to improve the process growth
- Implementing Lean Approach and helps in effective cost management
Required Candidate profile
- Good Communication & Understanding skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Process
- Certification in Six Sigma/ Lean or Related Certification is preferred
- Good analytical skills and tools knowledge
- Problem solving & Team Coordination Skills
