Sales Head
Job description
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Head. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Experience in handling a Team strength of minimum 10-12
- Exceeding the sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customers base ∙ Understanding, promoting and selling our products
Requirement
- 6+ years of experience in a sales B2B & B2C preferably Real Estate back ground ∙ Excellent communication in English and Hindi. Other local languages are an added advantage ∙ Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
- Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with HNI customers ∙ Excellent sales and leadership skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. ∙ Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
